You know right now I just feel like telling that person who said "Why do you like Onew? He's so gay." something.
Dear Person, I'd appreciate it if you wouldn't show up in front of me again. You don't even know Onew. Fine, I don't know him too, but at least I know more about him than you do. Your shallow self decided to judge Onew without knowing ANYTHING about him.
Number one, Onew is not gay. Why do you say he is? Have you seen him at it?
Number two, you know I respect Onew a lot. Notice I used the word respect. I like a lot of people, but that doesn't mean I respect them. Onew is someone I look up to, and admire. Why? I'll explain to you.
Onew is hardworking.
He is responsible.
He is-
Oh what was that? "But other Kpop idols are too, and they're much hotter."
Bitch please. If you're just gonna judge phsically, let me continue.
Onew is humble.
Onew is respectful.
How many other idols are like that? Granted, they do bow and greet as they should, but which other idol gives 90-degree bows each time?
And have you seen how great of a leader he is? He lets his juniors speak first, whenever he notices their lack of speech, so that they won't feel left out. He is clumsy and has his own condition, but even so, his members listen to him all the time. I think that just proves how great of a leader he is.
Onew, he's just...phenomenal. His voice, every time I hear his voice, I smile in my heart. And he is really respectful of women; his motto when he sees a sexy woman is "to look straight ahead". How many idols are like that? And he's so gentle. He's such a gentleman. I really don't understand why he has haters. I mean, it's okay if you're not his biggest fan or something, but why hate on him? Why say he's gay? Why?
God, I feel like crying right now. I know I'm getting really worked up over this, but, it really depresses me a lot to see such a sweet, humble man get hated upon, when he's never done anything to deserve all that hate. I really hope haters will stop hating and open their eyes so that they can see the beauty of that humble, caring man.
Whatever happens to Onew or whatever he does, he’s still the best leader of SHINee. He cares for his dongsaengs, he loves them so much, he’s ready to do everything for their group, and he’s a true and dedicated leader. If the time comes that he gets old, retires, lose his voice, be one of those normal people in the crowd.. HE IS STILL THE BEST LEADER OF SHINEE THAT WE LOVE. Onew is ruining my bias list. I don’t know why. He makes me happy. Whenever I see SHINee gifs, Onew gets my attention. Yet I don’t know why. I just love Onew as much as I love SHINee. I’m happy to meet SHINee. I’m so happy because they became a part of my life.

He never takes the spotlight for
himself. He always puts his younger members in front of him. It doesn’t matter
if everyone loves Onew. He tries to make Jonghyun, Key, Taemin, & Minho
look better than him. He’s always putting himself in the corner, giving the
spotlight to his dongsengs, praising his dongsengs, and he’s never selfish. He
does everything in light for others. While doing that, he’s always helping out
his members. Whether they need to talk to him or they need help with something,
he’s always willing to help. The other SHINee members are always talking about
how Onew is always there for them and how he gives up his spotlight for the
others. He’s probably one of the most unselfish people in the world. He doesn’t
even just do this for the SHINee members but everyone else in SM & people
that he’s friends with in the celebrity circle. During Suho’s training days, he
was really tired of waiting to debut & wanted to quit but Onew always
stayed by him (along with many other SM sunbaes) and always helped him out when
he wanted to quit. That’s why I absolutely love him. That is a true leader.
